Moffatt Township Park (formerly Alger Park) is located at 1611 Henry St in Alger (between Newberry and Maple Ridge Rds), and is open to thru traffic from May 1 until October 31, each year.
Voting and meetings are held at the new township hall located at 1590 M-76, south of Maple Ridge Rd in Alger, MI.

2025 – We are proud to announce that we were part of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s Annual 2% Distribution and were awarded grant money in the amount of $25,900 for completion of the new township hall kitchen.
